Restaurateur and self-taught chef Han Liguang is a true trailblazer and paragon of following your passion. Leaving his job in corporate finance to travel and apprentice himself in Michelin starred restaurants all over the world, Liguang returned to Singapore with a purpose: to update Singaporean cuisine for the twenty first century. His restaurant, Labyrinth, is now in its second year after opening to great acclaim. Chef Han serves playful, avant-garde interpretations of local Singaporean food using cutting edge cookery techniques not unfamiliar to a modernist restaurant, but with no compromise on the quality of flavours and ingredients.
