Scouted as one of Singapore’s rising young talents when he honed his culinary expertise at Osia Restaurant, Resorts World Sentosa, Chef Jeremy Chang now helms Dstllry restaurant and bespoke bar as Head Chef. His specialisation in modern Asian fusion cuisine developed during his stints at Osia Restaurant and award winning restaurant, The Naked Finn. With an insatiable hunger for culinary knowledge and a drive to excel, Chef Jeremy has claimed top honours while representing Singapore at several regional youth culinary competitions.

Awesome food, awesome chef, love this concept and haven’t stopped recommending it to everyone I’ve met since. We dined with the very professional and highly skilled Chef Jeremy Chang. He created a very special experience which we will remember for a long time. My feasting highlights were Spanish giant red prawns, sous vide crab with yuzu wasabi dressing, 62 degree egg carbonara and homemade truffle ice cream with Uni (sea urchin).

Jeremy's food was excellent as always. My guests loved it. The snow crab claw salad, foie gras unagi and the yuzu sorbet dessert in particular received a lot of praise! We enjoyed the chef's intros at the start of every dish, to learn more about the ingredients and the way he prepared the dishes. The only minor feedback is that the chef arrived later than expected. It was a casual evening among friends so it didn't matter, but this could be improved. Overall great experience!
