Chef Peter Rollinson

Peter Rollinson, one of Singapore's most reputable chefs, was born and raised in Sydney Australia. His fascination with food at a young age led him to work his culinary magic in some of the top restaurants in Melbourne and his stay in Singapore has strengthened his already considerable palate. His gastronomic wonders are simple, non pretentious and pay homage to the ingredients used in his creations.

Dinner was good. Food was good. But chef a bit too much overselling his work and interrupting to explain dishes all the time. Service last time was better as we had someone to serve the food and the drinks. This time she was here just to help the chef and not serve. So we had to help ourselves with drinks all the time which was not ideal.

We initially booked another chef with a Mediterranean menu. Unfortunately 2 days before the event his grandfather died and the chef had to cancel on us. Clubvivre informed us and apologies profusely and found us chef Rinat the same day to do a very similar menu. At first we were disappointed and stressed about the cancelation. But I must say the evening could not have gone better with Rinat and the way everyone handled the situation was professional. Rinat setup an Italian restaurant in Tashkint before moving to Singapore and he worked in Italy where he learned his recipes and techniques. The food felt very authentic and flavorful. He was pleasant company to have at our home and we all enjoyed it. Group of 6. Thank you Clubvivre (Sarah in particular for the calls at night) and chef Rinat.
