1. Getting to Know our Chefs offers the largest choice of chefs for private dinners. Our team has curated a selection of the best chefs from Singapore's culinary scene. From Executive level chefs helming acclaimed restaurants to professional private chefs, we provide excellent chefs and fine food for every occasion.

Clubvivre chefs are experienced professionals and no stranger to the private dining scene. We will match you with the right chefs for your occasion and can further customise the menu based on any dietary preferences you have.

Each of our curated collections has many Clubvivre chefs who are experienced and able to execute it. You choose your menu, and we will source a suitable chef for your menu and occasion.

2. Exploring our menus

Select a menu based on your taste and budget and book instantly via your desktop or mobile to secure your chef of choice. Upon checkout, you can choose add-ons such as service staff and tableware packages and pay conveniently online.

Absolutely, our chefs believe everyone deserves a taste of the unique Clubvivre experience. Let us know if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies and the chef will be happy to tweak the menu for you.

Absolutely. Clubvivre chefs can offer a kids-menu at up to 30% of the menu price for children 8 years old and below, and will cater for children-friendly portions.

Meal types available include dinner, BBQ, canapes or buffets.

We offer bespoke home dining for every occasion. From casual home dinners to birthday celebrations, baby showers to housewarming soirees and boardroom lunches. We also regularly support executives with conducting their board and investor meetings at their home. Our most popular offerings are BBQs and casual gatherings with friends home. 3. Support services

We presently don’t offer drink orders online and you may arrange for drinks as you wish - no corkage fee charged of course, it’s your home! If you hired waiter staff through us, our waiters will gladly assist with drink service throughout the evening.

Yes, we offer glassware rental solutions as add-ons. Our glassware package comes with champagne flutes, universal wine glass and rock glass for soft drinks. Select and pay securely online when you check out.

We bring the restaurant experience to your private venue - be it your home residence, condo function room, office space or any other rented spaces.
Chefs require access to basic kitchen facilities such as stove hobs and refrigeration to keep ingredients fresh. Provided it is a sheltered working space, with access to power source, they can execute even in the most basic of kitchen or pantry spaces and will customise the menu accordingly.

Clubvivre chefs will provide food ingredients and bring his own chef knives. The chef will leverage your kitchen and pots & pans for the food preparation and return your kitchen in its original state after the dinner, washing up your cookware. Don’t have the necessary cooking equipment? Add on our cookware rental package when checking out.

For more casual, sharing menus, feel free to provide your own tableware. When you hire our waiter staff, they will washup your used tableware before leaving. If you wish to have a hassle-free experience, you can book all necessary tableware through us when you proceed to checkout. We provide porcelain tableware, steel cutlery and napkins.

4. Booking your event

In order for Clubvivre chefs to deliver an amazing dinner experience for you, all bookings must be confirmed within 2 working days of event date. This includes confirmation of RSVPs and necessary dietary restrictions that our chefs will need to take note of.
Full payment is required upon confirmation.

You will receive a booking confirmation notification after you completed checkout and paid securely online. If you do not receive this from us within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

We accommodate requests, such as increasing number of guests, within 2 working days of event date. Any additional costs would be charged accordingly. Surcharges may apply on a case-by-case for any last-minute changes.

Yes, our minimum booking is for 6 pax and above. For standing cocktail or canapes parties 20pax and above.

At least 14 days prior to the event date: Fully refundable.
7 - 14 days prior to the event date: 50% refund.
Within 7 days to the event date: non-refundable.
We can however, in agreement with the Chef, postpone the date of the event, if food ingredients have not been ordered yet.

5. Payment

We accept online credit card payment via all major international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment via Paypal is accepted too.

Yes. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation and check-out.
We will authorise and charge the final booking price to your credit card through our secured payment providers, PayPal and Stripe. No PayPal account is required. The booking price includes all fees, logistics and gratuities so no money should be paid to the private chef or service crew during the event itself.

No. All prices are nett and inclusive of gratuity for staff.

6. On the event date

The chef and service crew will arrive 1h-1h30 earlier than service time to begin setup. Fret not, you will receive a call from them to notify you if there may be any unexpected traffic conditions that may lead to a delayed arrival.

Our chefs and crew always aim to be punctual. However, unexpected traffic conditions can occur and lead to slight delays. We recommend allowing a buffer timing of 15 minutes for their arrival and await notifications on your mobile if such situations may occur.

What do I need to do/prepare?
No service or tableware package:
Perfect for a casual self-service experience, you will be providing your own table service. The chef will support by introducing new dishes. Please set aside your cookingware and tableware for our chef to utilise upon arrival. The chef can guide and assist you setting up the table.
With service and tableware package:
Simply sit back, relax and spend memorable time with your guests. Our chef and crew will manage setup, service and clearing so that you don’t have to. Light rinsing of our tableware will be done on-site. All items will be transported back to our facility for full industrial cleaning.

Our staff will manage table setup, food service, and clearing. They will assist with drinks service where possible as well. For formal wine pairing dinners, we recommend you arrange a dedicated waiter service to handle wine. Within event hours, up to 11pm, our staff will be cleaning your tableware before they leave. Please note if you are still using some tableware or glasses by the time the crew leaves, you may need to wash it yourself. If you have booked our tableware package, the staff will transport the items back to our facilities for full industrial cleaning.

Our pricing is inclusive of staff services up to 4h, inclusive of 1h setup, 1h clearing and 2h food service and before 11pm. Extended staff services is charged at $40/h. After 11pm, additional $25 taxi surcharge applies per staff.

No need to worry about the aftermath. Clubvivre chefs will ensure your kitchen is cleaned up and returned to its original state before leaving. If your dinner party is still ongoing by the time the chef and crew has to leave, note that whatever table- and glassware you’re still using will not be cleaned.
