Firstly, as they arrived, an enormous storm hit…and the BBQ area was completely rained out, making it impossible to use. I had not considered using our apartment, but didn’t know what else to do. I was on the verge of becoming hysterical!
Chef Benjamin & his team remained completely calm, composed and professional. All the food and catering items were moved to my apartment as if by magic! The tables were set beautifully, with candles, gorgeous white roses…the presentation table was stunning. Benjamin set to work in our kitchen and balcony BBQ . He is simply amazing. The team were chatting and laughing as they prepared for the guests…setting a wonderful mood. I sat back in awe as my apartment began to resemble an elegant restaurant!
The food was plentiful and delicious. An exemplary standard. I am just incredibly grateful for Chef Benjamin and his crew, who discretely performed wonders !
Our apartment & kitchen were left immaculately clean and tidy. With beautiful white roses left behind, beside candles, for us to enjoy.
