Years of Experience 10+ years Chef Michele has loved food her entire life. She brings over her conspicuous passion for cooking which is to strive for the freshest ingredients and trust that natural flavors married with passion will always produce the perfect dish. Great food can bridge people together, create friendships and build closer relationships. Her wide repertoire of culinary skills includes knowledge of different cuisine, and experience in preparing all types of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including dessert, pastries and canapés and buffets. Initially doing modern European fine dining cuisine, she has evolved to cook Asian delights and tapas food. Over the years, she has worked with various cooking schools, and with different prestigious brands. She has also been spotted exhibiting various demonstrations in different food expositions. In media, she continues to have a strong and growing following of fans. Having been the personal chef for 8 families over the past 10 years, her longest service has been just over 3 years. Having been a private chef, catering to a cosy 2 up to 220 people , she has served at more than 50-100!parties per year , averaging around 6-10. She has worked in commercial factories, commercial restaurant kitchens, yachts (more than 15 different yachts off Sentosa) office environment, small or large home kitchens , and has wowed many clients and their guests with her great food and pleasant persona .
