One of the point-man of the Yorimichi yakatori bar, Chef Shawn is the mastermind behind all daily new dishes inspired by the fresh catches of local fishermen. He started working as kitchen helper from a young age, and has been polishing his chef skills over time in some of the most notable restaurants. He likes to think of himself as understanding "the unique taste buds of a hungry diner". He constantly challenges himself to blend in tastes from the various cuisines he has experienced, and combines these with the level of detail and exquisite touch of the Japanese cuisine.
